Business Requirements of CHEERS Project

Business requirements describe the goals and scope of the project. After capture requirements, prioritise is required.

These are the business requirements of CHEERS project:

1. Sell Wine on Web Site (High Rank) Develop a web site that allow users buy wine from us.

2. Sell Wine on Apps (High Rank) Develop an apps that allow users buy wine from us.

3. Keep Sell Channels Update (High Rank) Stock information of all sell channels(web site and apps) should get from the same inventory database.

4. Perform Member System (Medium Rank) Collect member information. Analyse member purchase date. Save purchase history of member. Promote wine to different types of member.

5. Search Wine (Medium Rank) Users can search wine by different criteria.

• Colour

• Country

• Price

• Type

1. Maintain Wine Inventory (Medium Rank) Provide backend system to maintain wine inventory.

2. Post Review (Low Rank) Allow member write review to specific wine. The system also provide back end to maintain the posts.

3. Perform Promotion (Low Rank) Send promotion to members via e-mail and apps

4. Post Blog (Low Rank) Post company news, promotion, tasting note… to increase number of visit.
